Resident of the region for 15 years, Raphael Vidal is enchanted by the Casario do Morro da Conceição. After opening the Port House, in 2021 spread down there tables by Largo da Prainha, around the statue of Mercedes Baptista (the first black dancer of the Theatro Municipal), and began to serve his Rio menu of comets and babies. There's samba wheel every day. The house doesn't have a phone, but it's smart on Instagram's return.
