Located in Ipanema Beach, Post 9 has become a tourist attraction for the city.

Posto 9 is famous to attract young people, beautiful and because of the eternal “garotas de Ipanema” that parade along the beach. About the most wanted sunset, the climate is of charming, relaxation and freedom. The beauty is so nice that the use to clap the last moments of the sun, summer tradition from Arpoador to Leblon, it comes since the end of the 50s, delighting residents and tourists who are over the place. The birth date of this ritual is uncertain but the use is so popular between the locals that it became a mark of the residents and the love for the sunset, sky and sea.
