Chocolate beans are a classic of Portuguese cuisine. With rib rice they form one of those dishes that warms the body and warms the soul. So is the new dish of the Portuguese Adegão Ipanema, created by chef Rafael Freitas: ribs with beans, sausage and chorizo. In its preparation, the pork chop is cooked in garlic vine for two hours, mixed with beans, sausage, rice, black olives and cilantro. Divine!
