Portuguese adegano - Barra
Adegão English: charm and tradition of an authentic Portuguese house.
Opened in April 1964, 50 years ago, in the Imperial Quarter of São Cristóvão, Adegão Português carries the fame of being one of the most traditional Portuguese restaurants in the city. In 2005, the Portuguese Adegan took its tradition to the modern Barra da Tijuca. The house of Ipanema was later opened.
In all the houses, the head car is the traditional Cod to the Lagareiro (photo: baked in the oven to the onion sauce and garlic with saffron, garnished with new potatoes to the punch and rice of broccoli or American broccoli), required unmissable for the most demanding palates. Other classics of the menu that make good fame of the menu of the Portuguese Adegão, Gomes de Sá, Zé do Pipo, Cooked and the Milky Way of Bairrada.
The restaurant also has a wide list of wines from various places in the world and of all kinds: white, red, roses, Port wines, sparkling wines. The Portuguese are the most requested.
