Oscar Bistro is the perfect place to listen to good jazz in a typically French atmosphere without giving up the Rio mood. The reform project signed by Chicô Gouveia use the idea of the classic French decoration with elegantly arranged in several details of the hall; lighting has the signature of Maneco Quinder and a selection of drinks made by Alice Guedes.
The wines are an asset's bar bistro. The owners personally chose the labels, all small Franco-Brazilian producers whose properties know personally. In Oscar menu, some dishes can be shared as the gratin brie with black truffles, accompany focaccia, trios (sea and land), with items such as goat cheese toast with caramelized onions and duck rillette and escargots de Bourgogne.
