Opus

The democratic balcony of Opus Rio is always a good call for those who are around downtown. The house won the taste buds of the cariocas with its famous Gammon Sandwich - the gammon, which is slowly roasted with herbs, spices and onion, is served in thin juicy slices, accompanied by its own sauce and of pineapples and cheese in a French bread. The menu also includes a roast beef sandwich, a “Tender” (smoked pork gammon) sandwich and sandwiches made with sausage from Minas Gerais and salami, which can also be ordered as appetizers.
