NorteShopping was the first large commercial enterprise inaugurated in the North, in 1986, when the region was forgotten and undervalued
Today, NorteShoping is one of the most successful shopping of Brazil. Each year, expands a lot the mix of stores and serviced to the necessities of the visitors and tenants. In January 2007, had a second big expansion: courtyard NorteShopping, area with 30,000 m² leisure and entertainment, which has a different concept in mall of Brazil, denominated “Lifestyle center”: An American tendency that values the open spaces incorporating the lifestyle of local residents.
