The museum besides telling stories of artists also has its own curiosities. The museum was called Egaz Muniz, a physician who invented lobotomy, until he was called Nise da Silveira, a psychiatrist responsible for treating his patients in an entirely different way from Egaz, and finally, the space was named after Arthur Bishop of Rosario, a Brazilian plastic artist. Currently the space stores and preserves its arts and offers a series of educational programs aimed at all ages.
