Inspired by the black slang of the 1970s.

The pizzeria has a menu with more than 35 fixed flavors three suggestions that alternate each season. Mamma Jamma is known for the quality of the raw materials it uses in the production of round and natural fermentation. All pizzas are made in wood kilns based on eucalyptus reforestation, baked at a temperature of 450 degrees, with Italian flour 00 - of finer grinding – and natural tomato sauce made in the house, oregano imported from Chile, special cure mozzarella and artisanal sausage. Served in individual size and large, pizzas can be sliced for those who want to eat with their hands. The menu is not only made of pizzas, other pasta are also part of the diversity of the house.

In addition, the branches have the Mamma Jamma Lunch Menu, a complete experience. During lunch, the customer can choose the full menu, with entrance, main course and dessert or coffee, in addition to the possibility to exchange or include accompaniments, according to the preference.

For those seeking a lighter meal, especially on warmer days, Mamma Jamma also offers salads on the menu, sold separately, which can be enjoyed as a side dish or as a main course.

For the month of pizza (July), two special flavors were created by Chefs Flávia Lent and Raimundo Rodrigues:

The combination proposes a balance between sweet and salty notes. Creation will be available in the houses and also via delivery.

The preparation combines long fermentation dough, tiramisù cream, coffee touch and finishing with cocoa. The result is the essence of candy in a new presentation, which will not be sold for travel.
