House Camolese

It is in the old village of houses in the Jockey Club that has been in ruins for decades and now revitalized and baptized from Vila Portugal, that the cariocas find Casa Camolese. A 20m counter invites light, fresh and tropical flavours and aromas and a whole universe of bitters, aromatic alchemies, vermouths and the best spirits in the world under the command of bar chef Thiago Politi.

They are: Zazá, a charismatic Witbier, especially refreshing, light and effervescent, where the hop and wheat base is added to the usual Sicilian lemon notes and cilantro of the Belgian school; Celeste, a Lager, the well-known style of Brazilians, fermented and matured with calm at low temperatures and average bitterness, which gains the digital print Camolese; in Flora, the low alcoholic content associated with the most pronounced bitterness characteristic of IPAs has tropical, playful and smart version, with citrus and deliciously aromatic notes and right to create a new style: “Session BPA - “Brazilian Pale Ale”; already Eden is the Doppelbock of the house. Darker, of higher alcoholic content, with aged crops added to spices in the English oak barrels in the garden, is a beer that deserves the devotion of the wisdom of the elders.

In the cafeteria, open all afternoon, special coffees will have guaranteed presence. They are editions of small sites of producers of Minas Gerais and Espírito Santo in various versions of extraction, such as express, hario, clever and aeropress, among others, with the right to coffee art drawings in the cups. Brazilian and German organic teas also integrate the letter.
