HOB Hamburgeria
The decoration is inspired by the American hamburgeries of the 1990s, with walls of burnt cement and wine.
As the name suggests, the house has hamburger as a star. The project arose from the desire to undertake from friends and production engineers Caio Laudares and Renan Sarpa. The menu is simple and has four options with 180g or 360g blends: the BBQ Costela, rib blend, cheddar cheese, handmade barbecue sauce, bacon and crispy onion, on brioche bread toasted in butter; the Classic, with home blend, cheese plate, caramelized onion, bacon mayonnaise, lettuce and tomato, on Australian bread toasted in butter; and the Provoleta, with bovine blend, provolone cream, bacon crispy farofa, house mayonnaise, lettuce, purple onion and tomato, on garlic bread with fine herbs toasted in butter. The house also offers the option of mounting your own sandwich by choosing the ingredients, between breads, sauces, cheeses, onions, bacon and meat types. To accompany, French fries in the toothpick or rustic versions with seasoned mayonnaise. For drinking, handcrafted beers, soft drinks and coconut and passion fruit beats.
The charming and pleasant atmosphere is ideal for bringing together friends and family, whether at lunch, happy hour or dinner. The decoration is inspired by the American hamburgeries of the 1990s, with walls of burnt cement and wine. The service is personalized, the customers are called by name, and the burgers are served without packaging for travel, all thought to bring the customer closer. To make the climate more relaxed, the soundtrack consists of American hip-hop.
