Garoa Bar Lounge

The Garoa Bar Lounge is located in the middle of Rua Dias Ferreira, in the neighborhood of Leblon, and reproduces the climate of the Spanish matrix betting on the letter of gin tonics that gave fame to the house. With lounge climate the bar draws attention by cobogó dividing the environment, as well as elegant and charming lighting, with decorative lamps.

In front of the bar is the young mixologist Igor Renovato, he explores the variety of gins offered in the house, used in the preparation of rich tonic recipes. There are more than 10 brands of the drink in the fixed menu of the bar, and several mixtures such as: the Gitano, served in glass boulder of wine and with rocks of ice, takes Tanqueray, cashew, saffron, ginger syrup, tonic and rosemary.

Among the copyright drinks, nine creative recipes are prepared with bases such as cachaça, Aperol, vodka and Bourbon. Ideally designed to avoid assaulting drinks, the menu passes away from fried foods. Good wishes are the ceviche of white fish of the day and the salmon tartare seasoned with dill, aroeira, sicilian lemon scrap and pepper toe of a girl. In the sandwich wing, the Cathedral is served in ciabatta and takes pastrami, arugula pesto, tomato and gouda cheese.
