For the food, chef Stephane Haddad created a menu of dishes that can be complimented by the different styles of beer. The environment is full of personality, and it maintains some of the coziness of the old bistro and combine it with a beer-inspired decor, creating a mixture of the classic with the Carioca Bohemian Spirit.
