In the market for 19 years the Restaurant Indola, located near the Plaza General Osório, in Ipanema, mix tradition and innovation in its cuisine. A gastronomic complex divided into 2 environments with a wide variety of dishes, snacks and castors; among them Japanese food, with a wide variety of sushi, sashimis and hot dishes; wood-burning pizza in more than 50 flavors; and fondue - in the autumn-winter season, with 5 flavors: meat fillet, chicken, artisan sausages, cheese and traditional or white chocolate. The outside area of the house opens every day, except on Sundays, from 6:30. In this environment the stars are the snacks: rustic panino, northeastern plates and seafood, as well as pizzas and a la carte Japanese food.
