Opened in 1958 the restaurant and confectionery El Gebal is a reference in Arabic cuisine. The space became known by the public who took the break between shopping in the Sahara to delight in the wonders offered there. Among the various options of authentic Lebanese gastronomy, highlight classics such as chickpea paste, dry curd, babaganush, lentil rice, Fashion Wheat, falafel with tahine sauce, bovine kafta and lamb. On the counter, there is a multitude of Arab salty ones that also succeed as sphihas, kibes and the sweets of giving water in the mouth, especially the Mamul of Thames. For those who do not give up a good drink, the restaurant has a winery with labels of several wines, including Lebanese.
