Cosmopolita
Cosmopolita: traditional and Brazilian food restaurant in Lapa, Rio de Janeiro.
With almost a century of life, the Cosmopolitan was frequented by senators of the Republic before the construction of Brasilia, and recognized Bohemians as Pixinguinha and Madame Satan. It was also in Cosmopolitan that diplomat Oswaldo Spider, a regular customer of the house, created the dish that today has its name: a delicious filet with lots of garlic accompanied by rice, farofa and Portuguese potato.
