CLÁSSICO BEACH CLUB - URCA

That’s the proposal of Clássico Beach Club, which opened its second establishment in the Urca Mountain, one of the most famous mountains in the world - the chain’s first establishment is in Barra da Tijuca. The menu includes starter dishes, gourmet sandwiches, snacks, drinks, juices and craft beers. Some of the highlights include: the Burger Cupim; the white fish ceviche, a version of the Peruvian dish with the fish chopped with a knife, lemon juice, red onion, spices, mini corn, passion fruit pulp and “raquete” potato chips; and brochettes, which range from coalho cheese (firm white cheese) to octopus, and they are served with white grape vinaigrette and “farofa de bacon” (toasted cassava flour with bacon).
