Chef’s Table
Located in the heart of the kitchen of the Restaurante Hotel Cipriani, Mesa do Chef (“Chef’s Table”) is one of the most exclusive gastronomic adventures in Rio. The customers are invited to follow chef Orini while he makes a sequence of dishes inspired by the freshest ingredients of the day. This special menu has a carefully selection of wines. You must make a reservation for Mesa do Chef 48 hours early, and only until 9p.m.
