Café do Alto
Influenced by the northeastern cuisine.
The flagship is the tapioca, served with many different sweet or salty stuffing, among them the “maria bonita” (white carrot cream and jerked beef with onions), “metida a besta” (cheese curd, fresh tomatoes and rosemary), “romeu e julieta” (Minas cheese and guava cheese) and “sabirila” (grated coconut and condensed milk). To drink, the café offers natural juices and hot drinks such as coffee, chocolate and tea.
