The BBQ, with two restaurants in Juiz de Fora and 30 years of tradition, arrives at Ipanema, with a menu filled with snacks, noble meats, beer and chops Antwerp, as well as cool and exclusive drinks. On the menu, entrees such as rib shredded with cassava, mozzarella balls in the coal, jiló chips, filet mignon with apple to coffee sauce, loin sausage and friendly beans.

In the specialties, black angus meats roasted in hot coals, like baby beef, capitán capitán, chorizo steak, strip roast, ribeye and piña. Other options are lamb ham and pig brook prime. All meats are served with garlic bread, farofa and vinaigrette. As accompaniments, suggestions such as rib rice with saffron, tropical beans, straw onion, panko crispy farofa with almonds, piamontese rice.

Among the classics of the house – dishes for two people –, steak medallion mignon with onion straw, rice to the Greek and French fries, fillet mignon caipira – filet with onion sauce flambada in the cachaça, corn farofa and rice tropeiro, filet mignon Larissa – filet with demi-glace sauce aromatized, potato gratin and rice with dry tomato and cheese mines, filet mignon with fettuccine in the fonduta of parmesan and piña porica to the mine, with rice, tutu, cauliflower and farofa eggs.

For dessert, some suggestions are the carameled flambada banana with cream ice cream, the Romeo and Juliet – hot and creamy guava with cheese ice cream and the Rapha brownie with cream ice cream.
