Gastrobar presents a menu which brings together dishes from the teachings of Camdomblé and Umbanda, like the mixed sandwich flambeéd in cachaça with another version of seafood, accompanied by a delicious farofa of dendê( dendê palm flour). It's one of the most recent highlights of Rio.
