After five years, Sustainable Turn is back in Rio. One of the biggest sustainability events in Latin America will take place between October 16th and 19th, with an extensive free programming that connects art, culture and environmental awareness in different spaces, such as the Banco do Brasil Cultural Center (CCBB RJ), Girl Park of Ipanema, Casa Clima, Casting Progress, Afro-Brazilian Culture Museum of Small Africa (Muhcab), Galeria Scenarium, Solar dos Abacaxis and Sesc Rio units. The Carioca edition brings together exhibitions, workshops, performances, fairs, debates and the Sustainable Virada Forum, which will feature more than 30 experts and leaders.

Musical programming promises to be one of the major highlights of the Sustainable Virada Rio 2025. CCBB welcomes singer Zé Ibarra, winner of the Latin Grammy with the Bala Desejo group, and the Morelenbaum Family — Paula, Jaques and Dora — in a special show in honor of Tom Jobim. On the other hand, the Estrada de Ipanema Park will have presentations by Maana, with a presentation that brings together João Gilberto and João Gomes in a single repertoire; Natasha Llerena, Alulu Paranhos, Tocaia, Tanaka do Pife and Grupo, in addition to the jongo wheel of Afrolaje Cultural, the show Brazil Shows Sua Cara, Trope Anima Circ, and the group Rio Maracatu.

The presentations reflect the diversity of our music and reinforce the festival's proposal to promote meetings between art, culture and environmental awareness.

With a focus on the whole family, Sustainable Virada still offers stories, workshops, educational activities and artistic interventions in spaces such as CCBB and Sesc Rio, proposing creative experiences that encourage conscious consumption and respect for nature.
