Draw sets order of the Special Group parades for the Carnaval 2027

The starting kick for the edition of 2027 of the Greatest Show on Earth was given on Thursday (16/04/). The draw that defined the order of the parades of the Special Group was held at the Cidade do Samba, in the Port Zone of Rio, bringing together representatives of schools, carnival leaders and guests.

The definition of order is considered a strategic moment for schools. Look at the schedule for the parades:

The event also had Dudu Nobre's show, which featured a repertoire of hits and cheered the audience up at Cidade do Samba. On the other hand, the project Chasadores do Samba brought together interpreters from different associations, highlighting the importance of these voices in conducting the parades.

The program also included the release of the album with live versions of the 2026 parades at Marquis de Sapucaí. The meeting served as a warm-up for the Carnaval, promoting the closure of the 2026 season and marking the beginning of a new carnival journey.

With the order defined, schools begin a new stage of preparation, adjusting schedules and finishing the details of their plots.
