Check out the list of Megablocks from Carnaval 2025

Fans of the megablock parades in downtown Rio, especially on First of March Street, can celebrate. The Riotur released, on Wednesday, the 22nd, the list of processions that promise to drag crowds from February 1st. Among the attractions are the traditional Cordão da Bola Preta and Monobloco, as well as the gigantic Fervo da Lud and Bloc da Anitta. The diversity of options promises to please the public of all ages and generations.

One of the great news this year is the block Is it open?, that parades for the first time in the circuit of megablocks on Sunday, February 9th, with concentration scheduled for 7am. According to the organizers, the name of the block makes reference to free love and without labels, celebrating the diversity that is registered trademark of the carnaval carioca. The Gold Block brings directly from Salvador, for the second consecutive year, the singer Léo Santana. Known for the successes “Bamba Leg”, “Danger Zone” and “Postured and Calm”, the GG of Bahia promises to shake the Rio Center.
