The ‘Portátil’ improvisation show returns to Rio to celebrate a decade of trajectory. With sessions scheduled for March 14 and 15 at the Riachuelo Rio Theatre, the play brings Luciana Paes, Gregório Duvivier, João Vicente de Castro and Gustavo Miranda in a unique format: the story of each presentation is created from the account of a person in the audience.
Since its debut in 2015, ‘Portátil’ has travelled more than 20 cities in Brazil and Portugal, proving that anyone’s life can yield an exciting and humorous plot on stage. At each session, a chosen viewer answers the question: “How did your parents meet?” Based on this response and accompanied by a live soundtrack composed by Andres Giraldo, the actors improvise scenes that transit between different times and characters, ensuring that each show is unprecedented.
Directed by Barbara Duvivier, production promises to provide the public with an engaging, spontaneous and humorous experience.
