Commanded by the brothers Leticia and Eduardo Mattos, she is listed for the second consecutive year and is the only carioca on the list.

The head car of the house is the already famous “reincarnated clown”, one of the six options of the menu. The TLTP project prioritizes wines of minimum or no chemical intervention, seeking to strengthen the connection between family farmers and final consumers.

With the intention of bringing sustainable solutions to the food and beverage market, the project also proposes the storage of wines in 20 litre stainless steel barrels, reducing waste production and carbon emission.
