The Fundition became a reference for the carnaval carioca and Brazilian with the creation of the National Marchinhas Carnavalescas Competition, which already received more than six thousand inscriptions over the last six years and moves about 30,000 people in its events to each edition; and with the essays of important Carnavalescos blocks at its headquarters, such as the Monoblomen, the Maraca River.
