In this edition, the six Brazilian biomas are the curatorial axis of theمهرجان. In the gastronomic programming, the public can participate in classes conducted by chefs such as Erick Jacquin, Bel Coelho, Frédéric Monnier, Frédéric Jaunault, Rubens Gonçalo, Monique Houat, Monique Gabiatti, Julia Xavier, Gabriel Dutra, Regina Tchelly and João Vieira.
