Gastronomy Festival in CCBBQX1QZ

The CCBB RJ again receives the Gastronomy Preta Festival, an event that goes far beyond the flavors. The initiative celebrates the Afro-Brazilian culture, highlighting the role and creativity of the Black people through cooking, music and dialogue.

The program brings together a gastronomic fair with pools of black entrepreneurs, in addition to the Show kitchen, where guest chefs present real-time income and experiences. The event also promotes conversation wheels that address issues such as cultural identity, combating racism, inclusion in the labour market, entrepreneurship and representativeness.
